It's Birthday Party Time

My youngest daughter is having her 4th birthday coming up and I LOVE Birthday party planning ! This year we are doing a carnival theme outside at our neighbourhood park. I  really hoping the weather cooperates!! 

So this is what I have so Far:

These fabrics will make a bunting to go around the canopy tent, and we choose ( daughter helped to pick out) this:

For the loot bags!! This year I am making reusable snack bags as LOOT BAGS. I will fill them with a few treats. 

I found this paper at Michaels 

I am going to make paper cones that will be filled with caramel popcorn.
